This Service Policy explains how our services are booked, delivered and managed. By registering for or purchasing any service from us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Services We Provide
Our services may include:
- IELTS preparation
- PTE Academic and PTE UKVI preparation
- Oxford ELLT preparation
- LanguageCert preparation
- TOEFL iBT preparation
- Duolingo English Test preparation
- Spoken English and Business English courses
- Online and onsite classes
- Mock tests and performance assessments
- Recorded lectures, learning materials and LMS access
- Study-abroad guidance and education consultancy
- University application assistance
- Interview and credibility-test preparation
The availability, duration, schedule and content of each service may vary according to the selected course or package.
2. Registration and Enrolment
Students must provide accurate information while registering, including their full name, telephone number, email address and selected course.
Enrolment is confirmed after:
- The registration information has been received;
- The applicable fee has been successfully paid and verified; and
- A confirmation message has been issued by our team.
Students may receive their confirmation through email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp.
3. Service Delivery
For physical classes, students will receive information regarding the campus location, class schedule and assigned instructor.
For online classes, students will receive the relevant joining link, login credentials or learning-platform access after payment verification.
Access to recorded lessons, learning materials or the LMS is normally provided within one working day after successful payment verification.
Students are responsible for providing a working device, stable internet connection and any required applications for online learning.
4. Course Duration and Schedule
Course duration and class timings are communicated before enrolment or displayed on the relevant course page.
Class schedules may occasionally be changed because of:
- Instructor availability;
- Public holidays;
- Examination schedules;
- Technical problems;
- Operational requirements; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
When a schedule changes, students will be informed through available communication channels. A replacement class or revised schedule may be provided where appropriate.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Attend classes regularly and punctually;
- Complete assigned homework, practice tests and assessments;
- Maintain respectful behaviour towards teachers, staff and other students;
- Avoid sharing LMS credentials or paid learning materials;
- Provide correct information during registration; and
- Follow examination-board and institutional rules.
Disruptive, abusive, fraudulent or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Mock Tests and Assessments
Mock tests, practice exercises and teacher feedback are designed to support students’ preparation.
Mock-test results are for educational and diagnostic purposes only. They do not represent an official score from IELTS, Pearson PTE, Oxford ELLT, LanguageCert, ETS, Duolingo or any other examination provider.
7. Examination Results
We provide professional instruction, practice materials and academic guidance. However, individual results depend on factors such as attendance, previous English ability, practice, preparation and performance on the examination day.
Therefore, IELTS Pakistan and Yashal English House do not guarantee any particular band score, test result or examination outcome.
8. Study-Abroad and Consultancy Services
Our study-abroad services may include course guidance, university shortlisting, application support and document review.
Final decisions concerning:
- University admission;
- Scholarships;
- Credibility interviews;
- Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies;
- Visa approval; and
- Immigration clearance
are made by the relevant university, awarding body, embassy or government authority.
We cannot guarantee admission, scholarship or visa approval.
Applicants are responsible for providing genuine, complete and accurate documents. We will not be responsible for a refusal or delay caused by false, incomplete, expired or misleading information supplied by the applicant.
9. Fees and Payments
All fees must be paid through an approved payment method displayed on our website or communicated by an authorised representative.
Students should keep their payment receipt or transaction reference for verification.
Any bank, card, currency-conversion or payment-processing charges imposed by a third party may be payable separately by the customer.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations and transfers are governed by our separate Refund/Return Policy.
Submitting a payment does not automatically create a right to a refund. Each request will be reviewed according to the applicable policy, service status and circumstances.
11. Digital Content and Account Access
Learning-platform accounts, recorded lectures, documents, practice materials and other digital resources are issued for the registered student’s personal educational use.
Students must not:
- Share account credentials;
- Resell or redistribute materials;
- Record paid classes without permission;
- Upload course materials publicly; or
- Copy and commercially exploit our content.
Access may be suspended if misuse, unauthorised sharing or fraudulent activity is detected.
12. Intellectual Property
Course videos, notes, presentations, worksheets, mock tests, branding and other original materials provided by us remain the intellectual property of Yashal English House (Pvt.) Ltd.
Purchasing a course provides limited personal access to the service. It does not transfer ownership of the course material or intellectual-property rights.
13. Technical Problems
Where an online class is interrupted because of a technical problem on our side, we may provide a replacement class, recording or alternative learning arrangement.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by the student’s device, internet connection, electricity supply, software or failure to join the class at the scheduled time.
14. Complaints and Support
Students should report service-related concerns through our official contact number or by visiting our office.
The complaint should include:
- Student’s full name;
- Registered contact number;
- Course or service purchased;
- Payment reference, where applicable; and
- A clear description of the concern.
We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable period.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Service Policy to reflect changes in our courses, operational procedures or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on our website with an updated effective date.
