1. Course Fees:

2. Refund Eligibility:
Course fees are generally non-refundable once course access has been activated, LMS access provided, or the student has started attending classes or using course materials. A refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances where a duplicate payment has been made, an incorrect payment has been made, IELTSPAK.com is unable to provide the purchased course or service, or a technical or administrative error from our side prevents the student from receiving the purchased service.
3. Digital Course and LMS Access:
Because our courses may include immediate access to digital lessons, videos, mock tests, study materials, and other online resources, refunds will normally not be available after digital course access has been activated or substantially used.
4. Live and Online Classes:
If a student has already attended live, online, or onsite classes, the course fee will normally not be refundable. Failure to attend scheduled classes does not automatically qualify a student for a refund.
5. Change of Course:
Where possible, IELTSPAK.com may allow a student to transfer to another suitable course instead of providing a refund. Course transfers are subject to availability and approval.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments:
If you accidentally make a duplicate or incorrect payment, please contact us as soon as possible with proof of payment. Once verified, an eligible refund will be processed using an appropriate available payment method.
7. Refund Processing:
Approved refunds may require several business days to process, depending on the payment method and banking service involved. Any bank, transfer, or third-party transaction charges may be deducted where applicable.
8. Promotional and Discounted Courses:
Fees paid for special offers, discounted packages, promotional courses, or limited-time campaigns are normally non-refundable once the course or service has been activated.
9. Cancellation by IELTSPAK.com:
If IELTSPAK.com is unable to provide a paid course or service, we may offer a suitable replacement course, account credit, rescheduling, or a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
